Ensora ABA Suite, formerly marketed as WebABA by Therapy Brands, is a cloud-based practice management platform designed specifically for applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy providers. Developed by board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) who understand the clinical and operational challenges of ABA practices, the software consolidates core business functions into a single integrated system.
The platform enables ABA providers to manage appointment scheduling, client billing and insurance claims, authorization tracking, employee scheduling and management, and revenue cycle management. It includes a secure, HIPAA-certified telehealth system for remote sessions and integrated payment processing through Stripe. The software offers over 40 customizable reports covering billing metrics, revenue analysis, case status, missed appointments, supervision requirements, and more.
Ensora ABA Suite serves individual practitioners, small practices, and midsized group operations. The WebABA Group tier is tailored for larger practices and includes advanced features such as group scheduling, automated reminders, a parent portal, and dedicated revenue cycle management support. Optional integration with Catalyst, a leading data collection tool in the industry, allows seamless connection between clinical documentation and billing workflows.
The parent company, Ensora Health (formerly Therapy Brands), was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Ensora Health serves over 200,000 individual providers and more than 28,000 practices across mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative health specialties. The company was acquired by investment firm KKR in May 2021.
