§ Post a Project

One short brief. The right vendors.

ABA clinics tell us what they need. We hand it to a small group of Verified vendors who can actually do it. No lead-gen blasts, no surprise calls, no resold data.

§ How it works

Four steps. No black box.

From posted brief to shortlist email is, on average, three business days.

  1. STEP 01

    Describe the work

Five questions, ten minutes. Service category, current stack, timeline, budget band, and what good looks like.

  2. STEP 02

    Editorial review

An ABA Rank editor reads every brief before it leaves the building. Anything ambiguous comes back to you for one round of clarification.

  3. STEP 03

    Matched shortlist

Three to seven Verified vendors are introduced via email. We disclose any sponsor relationships up front.

  4. STEP 04

    You stay in control

No vendor gets your direct line until you reply. Pause, decline, or close the brief at any time from your dashboard.

§ Our promise

Why this is not a lead-gen form.

ABA Rank exists because clinics asked us for a place to do this without their data ending up everywhere.

§ No sales calls

Vendors cannot call you until you reply.

Briefs are routed by email. You decide which conversations open, in your own time, from your inbox.

§ No data resale

Your brief is shared with the shortlisted vendors only.

It is never sold, syndicated to lead networks, or added to a marketing list. We do not run retargeting on this page.

§ Disclosed influence

Sponsor relationships are labeled in the shortlist.

Verified is required to be matched. Sponsor status, where it applies, is disclosed beside the vendor name. The Index = C + V + S + R formula is public.

§ Editor reviewed

Every brief is read by a human before it goes out.

We reject briefs we cannot match well. This protects vendors from noise and protects you from getting calls you would not have taken.

§ FAQ

Common questions.

What clinics ask before they post.

How much does it cost to post a project?
Free for clinics. ABA Rank does not charge to post a brief and does not take a cut of the work that gets booked. Vendors pay for their listing tier on ABA Rank — that revenue funds editorial review.
How fast will I hear back after posting a brief?
Editorial review usually finishes within one business day of submission. Once cleared, the matched Verified vendors typically reply within two business days. Most clinics have their full shortlist within 72 hours of posting.
Who sees my brief on ABA Rank?
The ABA Rank editor reviewing the brief and the three to seven Verified vendors selected for the shortlist. That is the entire distribution list. Briefs are never sold, syndicated to lead networks, or added to a marketing list.
Can I post a brief if my clinic is not yet listed on ABA Rank?
Yes. Clinics can post a brief while their public profile is being claimed. The brief is used to confirm that the clinic and contact are real before sharing it with any vendor.
Can I close or edit a brief after posting?
Yes. Briefs can be edited, paused, or closed at any time from the clinic dashboard. Closed briefs stop matching immediately, and any open vendor introductions can be declined without penalty.
What kinds of projects are a bad fit for ABA Rank Post a Project?
Anything that needs to start the same week, anything below typical vendor minimums, or anything that requires an executed NDA before the brief can be described in writing. Those engagements should be sent to ABA Rank directly via the Contact page rather than the brief flow.
