- For anything that does not fit a specific desk, email hello@abarank.com or use the form at /contact — the message lands in the general inbox and a real person reads it. Typical reply time is two business days. Replies CC the sender so the thread stays in their own inbox; ABA Rank does not add contacts to a marketing list.
- Which email address should journalists and analysts use?
- Press inquiries — including methodology questions, embargoed briefings, podcast bookings, and brand-asset requests — should go to press@abarank.com. - How do I report an error or stale fact on a vendor profile?
- Use the correction form at /suggest-edit. Submitted corrections land in the moderation queue and reviewed updates flow into the next nightly rerank pass. For sensitive corrections — legal, safety, or anything that requires source documents — email methodology@abarank.com instead so the editorial team can route it through a tighter review path.
- How does a vendor claim its ABA Rank profile?
- Vendor employees should not email about claims — the claim flow at /claim/new verifies a work email through magic-link authentication and routes the request through moderation, which is faster and more secure than email. Email hello@abarank.com only if a claim is stuck mid-flow or the vendor work-email domain is not on the public website.
- How do I suggest an ABA vendor that should be on ABA Rank?
- Use the form at /suggest-vendor with the vendor name, public website URL, and a one-sentence description. Submissions are reviewed weekly and approved listings typically appear within seven to ten days. Suggestion is free, basic listing is free, and the submitter is emailed when the listing goes live.
- How do I reach the methodology team?
- Researchers, regulators, and journalists digging into the ranking formula should email methodology@abarank.com. The team shares disclosed inputs, weight tables, and (where licensing permits) underlying data on request. Read /how-we-rank first — it answers the most common methodology questions and links every disclosed input to its source.
- How do I report a security vulnerability on ABA Rank?
- Email security@abarank.com with reproduction steps, expected versus actual behavior, and a way to reach the reporter. ABA Rank operates a responsible-disclosure policy: reports are acknowledged within one business day, fixes are prioritized over feature work, and credit is given to the reporter on request once the fix is shipped.
- Where is ABA Rank based?
- ABA Rank is a U.S.-based independent editorial directory of ABA software, services, and clinics. There is no paid sales team and no inbound call center — every contact channel is text-first (email or web form) so messages can be routed to the right desk. Operating hours are U.S. Eastern business hours, Monday through Friday.
