The buyers are already here.
A paid tier buys the credential audit, the seal and your analytics dashboard — never rank.
Every clinic, agency, and vendor is scored out of 100 on the four disclosed signals at /how-we-rank: qualified reviews (50), profile completeness (30), verification recency (15), and primary-category fit (5). None of them can be bought - subscription tier is not an input. Equal scores are ordered by review strength, then profile completeness. No editorial thumb on the scale.
Tools for clinic owners, BCBAs, and operators - no matter where you are in your research process. Search broadly, filter sharply, decide with confidence.
Scan thousands of clinics, billing partners, RCM teams, software vendors, staffing firms, and marketing shops - indexed in one place, scored on the same public criteria.
Go from thousands of options to a handful of legitimate contenders. Filter by region, service line, payer mix, accreditation, software stack, and age bands served.
Verified buyer reviews, transparent ranking, and detailed provider profiles let you choose a partner that can actually take on your project - and deliver.
Every published review carries a rating, the reviewer’s role, and the quarter it was submitted.
Search individual ABA professionals - BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and parent coaches - by location, credential, specialty, age group, and insurance. Every profile shows a dated credential review and links straight to the BACB public registry. Ranking is the same transparent, sponsor-capped Index - paid placement is capped and labeled, never hidden.
Describe the project in your own words. ABA Rank turns that into a focused vendor shortlist, then lets you decide which top providers should receive your request.
Tell us what you need in plain language: billing cleanup, credentialing, BCBA staffing, marketing, software selection, or another ABA operations project.
We translate the request into service categories, geography, org size, and urgency so the shortlist matches the actual work.
We surface top providers from the Index and let you choose who should receive the RFP.
Your selected vendors receive the request, and replies stay organized in one buyer thread.
Earned, not bought. Badges appear on your profile, in search results, and in the quarterly Index print edition.
When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews about ABA care or ABA software, the assistant retrieves pages and names the ones it used. Getting into that list is a publishing problem: it favors sources it can fetch, parse, and date.
Every ABA Rank listing ships as structured data, plaintext markdown, a public JSON API, and an MCP server - and we allow all 6 live-retrieval agents by name. Claiming makes you readable and costs nothing. Verified is what makes you quotable: an independent check with a public date on it, plus higher standing in the ranked lists an assistant actually reads.
NO ONE CAN GUARANTEE AN AI CITATION. WE PUBLISH THE FORMATS THAT MAKE ONE POSSIBLE.
/api/mcpPaying for a tier changes nothing about your rank. Subscription tier is not an input to the ranking formula - all 100 Index points, including the 50 that come from qualified reviews, are operational and reachable on the free tier.
Methodology, pricing, claim process, and how the matching service works - for buyers and providers alike.
ABA Rank is an independent directory and ranked index of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) software, service vendors, and clinics. Listings cover practice-management software, data collection, scheduling, RBT training, telehealth, billing, credentialing, staffing, and marketing partners that serve ABA providers in the United States.
Each provider is scored on a 100-point Index built from four disclosed signals, weighted so qualified reviews matter most: 50 points from qualified public reviews, 30 points from profile completeness (services, locations, insurance, age bands, credentials, etc.), 15 points from verification recency, and 5 points from primary-category fit. None of the four can be purchased. Methodology, weights, and source data are fully disclosed at /how-we-rank.
No. Subscription tier is not an input to the ranking formula. All 100 Index points - qualified reviews (50, the largest signal), completeness, verification recency, and primary-category fit - are operational and cannot be purchased. Sponsored placements render in labeled slots above the ranked list and never change rank_score. ABA Rank does not accept paid placement disguised as merit and does not run pay-to-rank ads. Methodology versions before v3.0 did include a capped paid tier signal; see the changelog at /how-we-rank.
The Index is recomputed nightly as profile data, verifications, and reviews change. Top 10 leaderboards are republished quarterly, and the print edition of the Index summarises each quarter's results.
Any owner, operator, or authorized representative of an ABA software product, service vendor, or clinic can claim their listing for free. Claimed profiles unlock 27 editable fields, a prospect inbox, and all 100 Index points - there is no paid tier that scores higher. Verification (BACB credential audit) and Sponsor tiers are optional paid upgrades.
Claimed profiles are free. Verified listings are $490 per year and include a BACB credential audit and a verification seal. Sponsor listings are $1,490 per year and include labeled sponsored placement above ranked lists plus inclusion in the quarterly print edition. Neither changes Index score.
Buyers describe their project in plain language - for example, billing cleanup, credentialing for a new state launch, BCBA staffing, or software selection. ABA Rank maps the request to service categories, geography, and urgency, then returns a ranked shortlist. The buyer chooses which top providers receive the RFP, and replies stay organized in a single buyer thread.
Clinics are ABA provider organizations that deliver therapy directly to clients, indexed by location, insurance plans, age bands served, and modalities. Software vendors are products used inside ABA practices (practice management, data collection, scheduling, telehealth, RBT training). Service vendors are operational partners - billing, RCM, credentialing, staffing, marketing agencies - that support ABA businesses.
It makes you available to be cited, which is the part anyone can influence. AI assistants answer by retrieving pages and naming the sources they used, and they favor sources they can fetch and parse. ABA Rank publishes every listing as schema.org structured data, as plaintext markdown at /api/vendors/{slug}/md, through a public JSON API and an MCP server, and in an llms.txt index - and names the retrieval agents behind ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews individually in robots.txt so all of them are allowed to read it. No directory can guarantee a model will name you; model output is non-deterministic. Details at /ai-visibility.
No. Every machine-readable surface - structured data on the profile, the plaintext markdown profile, the public /api/v1 JSON API, the MCP server at /api/mcp, and the llms.txt digest - covers free Claimed listings exactly as it covers paid ones. Paid tiers buy verification review, placement, and support, not a separate ingestion path. The highest-leverage step for AI visibility is claiming the listing and filling in every field, which is free.
