Jill and Tammy started T-Ten Services in 2012. They both came from a large ABA company, and found that they were called to start a smaller, more family oriented organization. They believe in looking at the family as a unit, and meeting them where they are at in terms of ability and readiness to implement a highly individualized ABA program. It's also important for T-Ten employees to feel a great deal of pride in their work, so Tammy and Jill work hard to foster their staff's passions through monthly staff meetings and encourage them to continue their education in their most passionate areas. Most of T-Ten's staff have been with them for many years and each of them contributes to the uniqueness of this small and close-knit company! We believe in natural, play based therapy in the home. We are passionate about school shadowing and fading back as our client's meet independence and build real relationships and friends. We love to teach socials skills in home, school and our social groups. We love to provide regular parent coaching and also do teacher trainings for many private schools in the area.
