What service modalities does Achieve Beyond offer?
Achieve Beyond offers clinic-based, in-home, school-based, community-based, and telehealth services.
Achieve Beyond is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services founded in 1995 to support developmentally delayed and disabled children and their families, with particular expertise in serving bilingual populations. The organization operates multiple locations across the Northeast, with headquarters in Forest Hills, NY, and maintains an active clinical presence serving children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. The company delivers comprehensive ABA services across multiple modalities including center-based clinic care, in-home therapy, school-based consultation, and community-based interventions. Licensed by the New York State Department of Health, Achieve Beyond serves children from birth through age 21 in Nassau and Suffolk counties through Early Intervention (EI), Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), and Committee on Special Education (CSE) programs. Telehealth options are also available to expand access to services. Parent training and involvement are core components of Achieve Beyond's service model. The organization provides structured training on topics including ethical parent involvement in ABA, mand training, and behavioral skills development. This emphasis on family engagement reflects the company's philosophy that parental participation is essential to both short-term progress and long-term success for children receiving services. Achieve Beyond maintains a multilingual staff trained to provide services in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Polish, Creole, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Tagalog, Greek, French, and Hebrew. This linguistic capacity allows the organization to serve diverse communities and remove barriers to access for families whose primary language is not English. In December 2022, Achieve Beyond was acquired by INSPIRA, a national behavioral health organization.
Achieve Beyond delivers individualized ABA therapy in a center, in the home, in schools, in the community and via telehealth, built around each child’s goals.

I have read many comments where people are unsatisfied with the services (That’s totally perfect) but in my case, almost 3 years ago, my daughter was being assisted by staff of this company, I had a good experience I can't complain, and if I didn't like something, I notified the coordinator and immediately made changes, I think it's like that in all companies. You just have to let them know what you don't like. I do recommend achieve beyond.
I had such an amazing experience with this agency and the staff, specifically Kristen. I had each of my many concerns/ questions addressed and answered immediately. My son was serviced and accommodated so quickly. I’m really happy with all parties that were involved in helping my son get the help he needs. Really such an outstanding agency. I’m really not sure how anyone could write a negative review for this agency - OUTSTANDING !
Doctor Diana Navia rescheduled my evaluation to see my son about 3 times. She told me she was coming to my home and than would not show up. When I called her and expressed my frustration she played dumb and did not even offer an apology. I had to reach out to Liz one of the supervisors who eventually matched me with another psychologist to evaluate my son. Ridiculous. Don’t know where she got that degree from.
Horrible. I cannot believe, this center is still in service. There are multiple lawsuits against this company. Let me tell you money hungry, inexperienced services providers to school psychologists and service coordinators. I worked with this agency because i didn’t know any better. Please don’t let these people ruin your child’s future. They will hire anyone and anybody and will threaten people from other agencies if they wanted to worked with a child that gets services here. Shame on these people. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND SOMEONE BETTER. BUT PLEASE STAY AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE !!!
I’m having the same issue as the person who reviewed before me. My daughter is supposed to receive services, had my meeting a month ago. I’ve been calling the coordinator 2x a week and get the same response about them being understaffed and they will get back to me. They don’t, I’m so fed up with calling and getting no help. It’s ran by incompetent people who shouldn’t be dealing with children with special needs. Pick another agency.
