If I could give zero stars I would they cancel services for our special needs child at 5 pm the night prior to a session bc the previous bcba quit and some how now for 4 months our child has been sitting waiting for them to find a bcba who’s willing to do their job and help a special needs children 4 months of emailing phone calls with nothing all we will get back to you we will get back to you. Useless I’m infuriated with the lack of empathy and consideration they have for children with autism our child has regressed and has gone through severe emotional trauma and mental trauma over how they ripped his aba away bc their bcba quit their company and left us hanging ‘ I’m so livid I’m disgusted
