Upon arrival I was greeted with open arms by all and I felt cared for and valuable in the space, and I took my leave after a divine meeting. I am very glad to have made an appearance at the remarkable Arc
They do not follow HCBS polices fully. Home Community Based Service. Most of the staff don't respect and take in consideration ADA Which is American Disability Act. There's communication issues,Rights are not respected and Quality of service is lousy
I was there for about 6 months and I did the choices WOW program. The staff that I had was taking us to do her personal errands on the clock. She would make the group go with her to the grocery store and clothes shopping. It was ridiculous. When I told my mom my mom reported it to the director and the director told the staff that I told my mom and the staff gave me an attitude and she told me not to tell my mom everything. And she left me in a running car in a bad part of Peekskill with the doors completely unlocked while she went to a Spanish grocery store
Not enough good things can be said about this organization. The employees and the leadership are in a class of their own and I am so proud of the way they care for our loved ones. Honestly they deserve a million stars!
