I recently retired and TherapyNotes was with me through the greater part of my practice. They have always been helpful. I’ve had few to no issues and any issues I might have had were easily resolved. just started working with this company. they have been such a support during this time, getting my practice together. helpful, kind advice for navigating the site and weird little insurance considerations, etc. gave me an extra month free in the beginning, without my prompting, when they could see I hadn't gotten into the site to set things up yet. site is intuitive and tech support is available 24/7. truly no notes so far! ok maybe I do wish text reminders for clients were free.... but they're like 14 cents so i'm kind of grasping at straws

Therapy Notes is much easier to use than our prior EH. It is vastly more time efficient, and the support is very, very good. Our entire staff is very grateful for this excellent, intelligent software. Happy 250 everyone!

Our company has been using TherapyNotes as our EHR for about six months, we've had such a great experience. Their customer service is truly outstanding! Every time we call, we get a live person who immediately introduces themselves by name. Everyone we've spoken with has been friendly, patient, and happy to walk us through step by step, on so many questions. It's rare to find customer service this good these days, and it's one of the main reasons I recommend TherapyNotes to my colleagues. If you're looking for an EHR with excellent support, TherapyNotes is a great choice!
