ABA business intelligence is a software category inside the broader analytics / BI stack used by Applied Behavior Analysis providers. ABA Rank indexes 33 tools in this subcategory and scores each on the same disclosed 100-point Index - qualified public reviews, profile completeness, and primary-category fit - so buyers can compare apples-to-apples without a sponsored marketplace. No paid tier is an input to that score.

How does ABA Rank rank business intelligence tools?
Every tool in the Business Intelligence subcategory is scored on the same 100-point Index used across the rest of ABA Rank: 60 points from qualified public reviews, 35 points from profile completeness (the disclosed inputs specific to business intelligence), and 5 points from primary-category fit. As of methodology v3.0 no paid product contributes any Index points, and sponsored placements render in labeled slots above the ranked list rather than mixing into it. What does Verified mean for business intelligence tool on ABA Rank?
Verified means the listing subscribes to ABA Rank Verified, a review of the listing itself: that the product’s team controls it (proven with a work email at the product’s own domain), that its website answers over HTTPS, and that the profile is substantially complete. Software runs every check it can confirm and a reviewer handles the rest; the profile shows the date the review passed, or that it is still in progress. Verified products carry a seal; unverified products remain ranked but are clearly marked. Verification is not a paid ranking boost.

How much do business intelligence tools cost?
Pricing varies by seat count, modules, and contract length, and most business intelligence vendors quote per-clinician or per-clinic. ABA Rank publishes each product’s disclosed pricing model and pricing band on its profile when the vendor has provided it - there is no paid placement and no hidden referral commission, so listed pricing reflects what the vendor has documented rather than a negotiated rate.

How does ABA Rank decide which tools qualify for Business Intelligence?
Subcategory assignment is editorial, not self-selected. The ABA Rank editorial team reviews each tool’s public website, primary service lines, and (where applicable) credential records, then assigns the most specific subcategory that matches what the tool actually does. Tools that span multiple subcategories appear in each one rather than being forced into a single bucket.

How can a tool get listed in Business Intelligence?
Any owner or authorized representative of an eligible tool can claim a free listing. Claimed profiles unlock the editable fields that drive the Index, and Verified ($490/yr) and Sponsor ($1,490/yr) tiers are optional paid upgrades disclosed in the methodology. New tools that are not yet on ABA Rank can be submitted at /suggest-vendor; submissions are reviewed weekly and approved listings typically appear within seven to ten days.
