Founded and developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the platform combines scheduling, real-time data collection, clinical documentation, automated billing, and parent communication tools in a single integrated system designed around how ABA organizations actually operate.
The software serves ABA clinics, group practices, and larger therapy organizations by streamlining the complete revenue cycle—from session scheduling and clinical data capture through claims submission and payment posting. The platform includes authorization tracking to prevent unbilled hours, electronic claims submission, and optional managed billing services covering claim submission, denial follow-up, invoice management, and payment posting at 4.5% of receivables. A newer generative AI feature assists clinicians by analyzing session data to draft narrative session notes for therapist review and finalization.
Theralytics maintains SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, HIPAA compliance with the HIPAA Seal, and as of January 2026, Drummond Certified status for ONC Health IT mandate requirements. The platform is hosted on AWS with multi-layered security including two-factor authentication, Web Application Firewall protection, and built-in encryption. While purpose-built for ABA therapy, the software is also used by providers of occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and home nursing services.
