The platform is built for real-world clinical settings where Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable. Catalyst enables offline data collection in homes, schools, and community environments, automatically syncing to the cloud once a connection is restored. This design allows clinicians to focus on client interaction rather than administrative documentation during sessions.
Catalysr integrates with WebABA practice management solutions, enabling therapy schedules to sync into the data collection interface and session notes to flow into billing systems. The platform includes a customizable graphing engine with trend analysis, condition lines, and data split options, as well as a progress report generator that produces insurance-ready documentation and caregiver summaries using built-in or custom-branded templates.
The product maintains curated clinical libraries developed by behavior analysts, supplemented by a community library of user-contributed curricula.
