Founded in 2012 by a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst, CentralReach emerged from direct experience with the administrative burden in ABA clinics. The company has grown significantly under the leadership of CEO Chris Sullens and is now owned by Roper Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROP), following an acquisition completed in April 2025. CentralReach operates from offices in Holmdel, New Jersey; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Verona, Italy, with approximately 300-400 employees.
The company has launched an AI assistant suite including cari™, CR NoteGuard, CR ClaimCheckAI, and CR NoteDraftAI to further streamline clinical and administrative workflows.
