I use the Brightwheel app as an administrator and I do not like how things have been going. The app navigation is great but the features aren't. We were upgraded to a new billing platform in July 2020 and we lost all of our data prior too. This was not communicated that this would happen before hand so we couldn't store the previous information for our records. Thankfully enough i still use Quickbooks as a backup so I am able to still send our customers year end reports for their taxes. Customer service is never available when you need them, they don't have phone support and only use the chat feature. The response is we will get back to you in 24 hours. When a parent or admin has an issue you have to send an email. What about financial issues that need to be addressed right away? We were told we would have features several times and then the date would get pushed back and some upgrades didn't happen until a year later. I'm so confused as to who is the brains behind this company because they probably haven't worked in Daycare before.
