We have been clients of AdvancedMD for 12 years...We have learned what applications work for us and which ones we keep internal but overall this is an excellent EHR. There are going to be Pros and Cons with every EHR...if you think one is perfect, you are going to be disappointed. There are features of AdvancedMD that you can't get or is not easy to implement in other EHRs. Example: Reputation Management. This application is very easy to implement and will grow your practice online faster than attempting to do this with an outside source. It is truly an invaluable 'add on' to your practice office key. We have had 2 sales reps over the past 12 years and both are fantastic. They are quick to respond or engage a team member for assistance if its outside their scope.

As someone who has worked in medical billing and revenue cycle management for many years, I've found AdvancedMD to be a reliable and easy to use practice management and billing platform. The reporting, claims management, and revenue cycle tools are excellent, and the system has helped streamline our daily workflows. Overall, it's been a positive experience.

Our experience with AdvancedMD has been excellent. Their team has been very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Whenever we need assistance, they are quick to help resolve issues, answer questions, and work with us to create more efficient workflows. They are also very prompt when setting up new office keys, which has made onboarding new locations a smooth process. The programming has its pros and cons. I like that the notes are buildable and customizable to whatever you need. But that is really only needed at the beginning. Rarely have I needed to tweak the notes over the last few years. The customer service is on point. They're helpful and friendly and do try to resolve as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of issues with this program that they are working on. There are thousands and thousands of requests for improvements and enhancements that will take them many years to complete. Once all the bugs have been worked out, I can probably rate this much better. It would also be a lot better if they had better training in for the initial setup, rather than one person coming to train everybody and get everyone in the office set up within only one week. After that, any additional training you need, you have to pay for.
