AccuPoint

AccuPoint is a cloud-based practice management and billing platform built specifically for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy practices and home and community-based healthcare providers. The platform consolidates scheduling, electronic visit verification (EVV), claims billing, data collection, and compliance documentation into a single integrated system.

The core offering includes GPS-enabled mobile EVV with telephony verification options, automated billing code derivation from session notes, real-time authorization unit tracking, payroll management, mileage reimbursement, and detailed compliance reporting. AccuPoint also provides optional integrated modules for data collection through its Catalyst partner system, telehealth capabilities, a parent and client portal, and managed billing services on higher-tier plans.

AccuPoint serves practices of all sizes—from small businesses and startups to larger enterprises and nonprofits—that bill Medicaid or other payers for ABA, occupational therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and home care services. The platform is particularly valued by organizations managing complex multi-payer billing scenarios and state-specific regulatory requirements without maintaining separate documentation systems.

The product was originally developed in 2009–2011 and has been part of the Therapy Brands portfolio alongside other practice management solutions. It is currently marketed as AccuPoint 2.0 and remains actively developed with new customer onboarding and free trial options available.
