They are the worst company I have ever known one. They do not care about my safety. I have had a gun left at my door. I have had threats and they don’t care about my safety. The other thing is is my plan has not moved for seven years since I’ve been with them. They are not helping me find your job. Tara has part me with two different caseworkers that have half of the month with one and a half with another they’re never on the same page. Tara needs to be fired so does Amanda is not right that they’re their support disabled but then they’re not doing their job. This is Ryan D
Saturday fire that doorman the better!
I want to personally thank Alex S! For being the best Personal Agent we could have ever asked for. Alex went above and beyond for my bestfriend/grandpa son Happy Jack. ♥️🙏 We definitely had some bumps in the road and some very unique complicated challenges happen during our time together but Alex and UCP mentors were able to advocate and go above and beyond to pull off one of the most amazing things I've ever had the privilege to be apart of. The amount of compassion, dedication, love, and support this company has given to their client, his friends, caregivers, chosen family, and natural supports was amazing. They helped me to navigate through the systemic challenges people like Jack face every single day. When I got frustrated, they took my heated concerns with grace and allowed me the chance to be heard and validated my concerns. I will never forget what your company did for all of us. I dont think any of us realized we would only have a few months working together so closely. When Jack was in the hospital and going on end of life care, Alex showed up to support his client. He was with him all the way to the end. And came to Jack's funeral services, participated in the parade procession with their company vehicle, and spoke at his memorial services. I will never forget the kindness you showed us as well as the professionalism when things got challenging. Alex, you deserve a big raise and a bonus. Truly a one of a kind case manager/personal agent. Thank you for everything. You guys are an amazing company and I appreciate you. With love ♥️, Melissa ♥️🙏
