Oh my God, the gratitude that I feel for this place. Texas Children took a traumatic experience and turned it as enjoyable as they can. My son experienced severe complications from an infection and they helped to calm me down as well as was attentive to my baby boy. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. I can’t say enough but that they truly care about their work here.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Texas Children’s Hospital. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure my infant son was safe, comfortable, and well cared for prior to his surgery. Every staff member we encountered was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive—not just to my son, but to me as well during such an emotional time. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt reassured every step of the way. The level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stood out. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for the care my son received. Thank you for treating him like your own and making a stressful situation so much easier for our family. WAY TO GO TEXAS CHILDREN’S KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL WORK 🥳!!

The nurses and doctors who took care of Karson were absolutely amazing! They were so patient and friendly, walking us through every step and process. They even went above and beyond, rewarding Karson every time they did something for him. The ladies who did the X-rays and checked his vitals were wonderful too. Despite the long wait, the overall visit was great, and we were comfortable with snacks and warm blankets while we waited.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Turner, Nurse Katie, and Angelica from guest services for their incredible support during our visit to the ER. They truly made what could have been a frightening experience much more manageable. Their warm welcome and caring demeanor helped my little one feel more at ease in this intimidating environment. I genuinely appreciate the thorough information provided and the expertise of the surgeons. I am so thankful for such a compassionate team. As we prepare for a small surgery soon, I feel reassured and hopeful, trusting that we will be fine with God's grace. Bless this amazing staff for all they do, and may they have a wonderful day ahead. Very clean environment
