Bad interview experience with this company even before joining so I decided to decline their offer. Initially they called for f2f interview and after that they said we will update you and then after 2 days they called me for HR discussion again in person and then they asked last 3 years Payslips and Bank statement to send offer letter. I never saw a company like this which asking 3 years Payslips and bank statement even before offer letter. I suggest don't even go for interview oe even apply for job here.

It is very difficult to get timely responses to questions. I have a feeling they have a niche and staffing/questions outside that niche becomes a challenge for them. I am going on 30 days and can't get timely responses (at least in my time zone) to questions or options. They call after 6 pm at office instead of sending emails. Doesn't seem to be a priority. To Owner: So Mysa, Account Manager, Stephen, HR, and Monica are not part of your team? I still have yet to receive answers to Health Insurance questions and has been 30 days and impacts me as paying COBRA. If this isn't your team, how are they using emails branded with BlueBix Solutions, email domain, etc.?
