My mom had a stroke may of 2019. She had rehab at st. David’s hospital in Austin, Texas. She did both inpatient and outpatient. Both were good but not great by a long shot. Then she paid thousands of dollars out of pocket For rehab without walks. Waste of money .,.then finally, after a year I got her to TIRR Herman hospital in Houston as an out patient. TIRR is fabulous..it is rated top in the country and should be. My mom walks and is using her right arm after a year of not Using from her stroke...btw she is 88 years old. We spent 6 weeks in Houston and she had P.T., O.T. And speech 3 times a week, amazing program. Very,very satisfied...highly recommend.(don't waste Your money at Rehab without walls, place is a huge rip-off).
