Bitty City Players

Bitty City Players is an early childhood enrichment organization that cultivates young minds through dynamic, active learning experiences. Founded in 2011 by Caroline Patterson and Danielle Cohn, the company specializes in theater games, scientific exploration, and sensory play designed to stimulate imagination, promote teamwork, and develop problem-solving skills in children ages 2-10.

The organization serves preschool and early elementary-age children through in-school enrichment programs, afterschool classes, and community-based workshops. Bitty City Players is a NYC Department of Education vendor and works with both public and private schools as well as community centers throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. Their interdisciplinary team includes classroom teachers, occupational therapists, social workers, professional actors, dancers, and singers.

Bitty City Players is undergoing a transformation into Bitty City Explorers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making early childhood enrichment and afterschool programming accessible to all families. The company maintains offices in New York City and continues to expand its educational offerings and community partnerships.
