From a professional perspective, the CEO needs to seriously take the time to review the communication system of this clinic - specifically the phone system. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get through and NO one answered the phone. I have seen several complaints about the phone system, spoke with staff and they too have mentioned that they have reported issues and nothing has been done. How can a healthcare organization operate in such a manner. Quite frankly, someone with attention to detail, needs to address this issue. From a patient perspective. - If it wasn’t for my doctor of 16 years that I followed to this clinic, I wouldn’t be here.

I have been coming to this health center for over 20 years, and unfortunately, it is embarrassing to see the disaster this place has become. You come to a medical appointment with a scheduled time and end up waiting three hours just to be called in to see the doctor. Sometimes they even reschedule your appointment because, according to them, the doctor had an emergency. This place needs Human Resources to seriously review what is going on with the staff because this is not a restaurant where, if there is no availability, we can simply go somewhere else to eat. This is a health center. After waiting four hours, my daughter’s appointment was canceled. This place is a complete disaster. It seems like the people in charge of healthcare at this facility are not doing their job.

Today I had a really unpleasant experience. I was dropping off my disabled grandmother, and I was just trying to find a safe place for her to get out of the car so she wouldn't fall in the snow. Then a woman came up to my car window and started yelling at us really aggressively, and she wouldn't even let us explain why we were there. All she kept shouting was "Get out of here!" I think they should have a designated parking area for disabled people so that people like that woman don't come and yell at patients. I also reported it to the clinic, but they gave me another number that wasn't working. I also forgot to mention that there was a bus in front of me; I'm leaving the license plate number here so you can be careful because even that man wouldn't let my 84-year-old grandmother get off the bus. Truly terrible people work there!

This is all around the worse medical experience I’ve ever had. The behavioral health phone operator transferred me back to behavioral health instead of the Orange team on the phone twice. Couldn’t change my nurse practitioner because of this. the behavioral health woman hung up on me after I bluntly told her she keeps transferring me to the wrong number. I couldn’t get to the billing department through the front desk either. They also hung up. When I made my first appointment, I explained to the person on the phone that I need a PCP to prescribe me a controlled substance, and when I showed up to my appointment, it was a nurse practitioner who said to make an appointment with behavioral health, and she couldn’t care less about wasting my time and money. The medical assistant was even more rude and careless, bossing me around because she looked like she was in a bad mood. I wholeheartedly believe this organization is racist and discriminatory because of the uncalled way she spoke to me despite my kindness and politeness. I had a list of 7 questions for the practitioner, and I only talked about 1 before she rushed me to a lab before it closed. I had no idea why I was doing this lab but I was anxious about what it was. The girl that did my lab didn’t explain that either. I don’t speak Spanish so we just couldn’t talk to each other. To the practitioner I had spoken about my chronic cough (since I’ve been alive), and she prescribed me benzonatate to take up to three times a day for a month.told me to take it when I have the cough. She never explained the medication and dodged my questions. I realized pretty quickly on my own that I can’t take that medication long term, as it’s for short term cough relief for flu. That was scary. Now I have to show up for a physical, because that’s really going to help, and I have absolutely no clue if the psychiatrist is covered by my insurance, or how much money I’ll need to pay. It’s not like I can ask someone, because I can’t find their number, and the phone operators would rather hang up on me or enjoy being sadistic before putting any effort in to learn the answer to a question.

My child had an appointment to do lab work today and I had the pleasure of coming into contact with the 2 of the most amazing women Delshan and Wanda. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient with my child who has a fear of needles. Great front desk and lab service.
