DotCom Therapy

Huddle Up, formerly known as DotCom Therapy, is a teletherapy platform that connects licensed therapists with schools, families, and health plans across the United States. Founded in 2015 by Rachel Mack Robinson, an SLP, the company was created to improve access to specialized therapy services in underserved areas.

The platform provides a range of clinical services including speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, school psychology, and mental health support delivered by licensed professionals including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, school psychologists, and clinical social workers. Services are delivered through teletherapy to schools, families, and individuals across all 50 states.

Huddle Up operates at significant scale, serving nearly 1,000 school districts nationwide and having completed over 900,000 therapy sessions and evaluations. The company partners with more than 25 health plans, including Medicaid coverage in multiple states, making services more accessible to families and school systems.

In April 2024, the company completed a Series C fundraise led by Kayne Anderson Growth Capital and relocated its headquarters to Denver, Colorado, while maintaining operations from its original Madison, Wisconsin location. The organization employs over 150 licensed therapists and operates with more than 200 total staff members across its clinical and administrative teams.
