I have had an outstanding experience working with Soliant as a contracted SLP at Coral Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada. Having previously owned and operated a clinic and worked extensively with contractors and vendors, I understand firsthand how important professionalism, communication, and organization are in this field. Soliant has exceeded my expectations in every area. Dalton, my representative, has been absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process. From onboarding to ongoing support, he has consistently been professional, organized, responsive, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns I have had. He truly goes above and beyond for the clinicians he supports. One experience that especially meant a great deal to me was when Dalton personally helped me cover the cost of renewing my state license during a difficult time involving significant family medical expenses. I never asked for assistance, which made the gesture even more meaningful. His kindness and generosity relieved an enormous amount of stress and allowed me to continue focusing on my work and my students without the added financial pressure. I am incredibly grateful for Dalton and for Soliant as a whole. It is rare to find a company that genuinely supports and values its contractors the way they do. I highly recommend Soliant to any clinician seeking a supportive, professional, and compassionate company to work with.

This year was my first year working by contract. I was completely lost and Rifa, my recruiter, was great! She helped me whenever I had questions and when she could not, she referred me to someone who could. (Thank you, Asia, Brian, and others!) I was stationed at a great school that had a lot of support, but if I had not, there were others at Soliant reaching out to see if I needed help with things. I expected much less, but was pleased that I had so much support throughout. The only thing that was a bit rough was the hiring process (onboarding) - so much paperwork and such, which I hope they streamline - but there was so much help with that as well so I cannot complain. I would definitely work for Soliant again and would refer them to others!

I loved living in Juneau and experiencing its rich culture and tight-knit community. That said, the school system I was placed in—Kax̱dig̱oowu Héen Elementary School—is broken and corrupt. They are currently involved in a lawsuit over millions of dollars that were misallocated. My experience with Soliant and my recruiter, Wyatt, was extremely unprofessional and stressful. Housing initially had black mold, making me sick and forcing a relocation within weeks. Relocation support and stipend were delayed, and payroll errors—including overtime—were mishandled. When I raised concerns, Wyatt focused on discrediting me instead of resolving issues. The placement itself was chaotic. I had 10 students ranging from non-verbal autistic to students with severe behavioral challenges, spread across three classrooms. Resource students were frequently regrouped into my class for behaviors. Paraprofessionals were often absent or not trained for the population; I had to mentor them on proper interaction with students, including coaching them not to scream or be harsh, and one paraprofessional’s behavior even led a parent to remove their child. Administrative support was minimal, expectations for documentation changed constantly, and two weeks in the district tried to move me to a middle school placement outside my expertise. Before school started, I was also asked to attend inservice training. Although I was promised pay and submitted a timecard, two months later the district demanded repayment for the week I attended. Overall, the combination of an unprofessional recruiter, a mismanaged school placement, unsafe housing, and a broken system made this an extremely difficult and exhausting experience. I strongly advise educators—especially those in special education—to proceed with extreme caution when considering Soliant, Wyatt as a recruiter, or this district

I lived in the Philippines but a USA resident. I accepted a dosimetrist assignment here in the USA. Soliant paid my one way ticket here. I got here ASAP from Manila and did my physical and drug screening at the lab I was told. I did it on Tuesday. Got called Thursday from the clinic that I needed to fill out more paperwork. I did it on Friday because the clinic was closed Thursday evening. I was called back to the clinic over the weekend to complete more paperwork again. They were closed until Monday. Soliant said the cutoff with the employer was the past Friday and they cancelled. I was stranded in the USA with no way back to my family in the Philippines. Soliant would not answer my phone calls or emails. Ghosted me. It was not my fault they used a poor pre employment clinic.
