I lived in the Philippines but a USA resident. I accepted a dosimetrist assignment here in the USA. Soliant paid my one way ticket here. I got here ASAP from Manila and did my physical and drug screening at the lab I was told. I did it on Tuesday. Got called Thursday from the clinic that I needed to fill out more paperwork. I did it on Friday because the clinic was closed Thursday evening. I was called back to the clinic over the weekend to complete more paperwork again. They were closed until Monday. Soliant said the cutoff with the employer was the past Friday and they cancelled. I was stranded in the USA with no way back to my family in the Philippines. Soliant would not answer my phone calls or emails. Ghosted me. It was not my fault they used a poor pre employment clinic.

Called me over 10 times in less than 8 hours. Extremely unprofessional! I received a half hearted apology email in response for being bombarded. If TJ Blanchette is what the rest of the company is like, I don’t care to work with them.

I come from a 29+ year long successful and outstanding education trajectory. I stumbled upon a job posting for " traveling educators " and I thought to myself, well even though I am retired, I still have enough gas in the old tank to take on the day-to-day smiles that many students can still bring! So, to make the long story short, I was blessed to work with Nicole Forgette! This lady is really a " Power Ranger " and a " Star Fairy " in disguise!! She is professional, down to earth, very knowledgeable, highly adequately engaged and really supports you while making sure you are " in the loop "! She will NOT leave you hanging in " LIMBO". She is the best " Recruiter/Division Director ", I have had the pleasure of working with and her vibe is " vivaciously " pleasant!! If I could give her 10 " STARS", I would!! My onboarding process, went very smooth and in a world where you find yourself, holding the line, pressing 1 for " customer service " , or speaking to a bot, she is a true example of what " working with a goal " in mind is and helping you achieve your " onboarding goals ". Let me say this, I am retired and I have contributed to this society in many successful ways. However, during working with Nicole, and our many conversations, I am happy and excited to get back into the " classroom ". This was my first contract position as I wanted to see what the school setting had to offer. Soliant was an amazing company to go with. My recruiter, Alyson Speer was out of this world!! She went above and beyond from the very start. She was able to get me a great offer, made the onboarding process very smooth and checked in with my throughout the whole school year placement. She was very communicative and I really felt like she cared about my and my experience. Not once did she leave me hanging, but always made sure to follow up and answer any questions that I had. I am so thankful for Ally and all the support she provided along the way. I have recommended her and the Soliant team to several individuals that were interested in contract placements.
