ENT: RN Brani, who works with Dr\. James Chafin, is AMAZING\! I reached out over the weekend with a concern, and by around 8:00 Monday morning she had already responded\. I was so impressed by how quickly she got back to me, and she was able to get me in to see Dr\. James Chafin that same week\. Dr\. James Chafin and his entire team are truly exceptional\. Everyone is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about their patients\. I will say it 1,000 times—Dr\. James Chafin is a GREAT doctor\. He takes the time to listen, which is one of the most important qualities a physician can have\. I never feel rushed, and I always leave knowing my concerns have been heard\. Thank you, RN Brani, Dr\. James Chafin, and the entire team for the outstanding care you provide\. I highly recommend this practice\!

This review is strictly for the ENT department. I have been trying to set a surgery appointment for my son with Dr. Spreker. Have had no luck getting anywhere UNTIL I spoke with JALEN. Thank God yall hired her because she is the ONLY one who has actually helped me in this matter. Her prompt actions has finally gotten me somewhere. Give this lovely woman a raise for Pete's sake bc she is YOUR BEST EMPLOYEE that I have come across. Thank you Jalen!!!💯💯

The service was excellent, and the wait time was short. Both the nurse and the doctor (gastroenterologist) were very polite and attentive. After we explained the whole situation, the doctor ordered extensive blood work and other tests — you can immediately tell that she genuinely wants to get to the root cause of the problem. Highly recommended!

We just had an absolutely wonderful experience. My son is a chatter and loves meeting new people and the women working at the front desk, the nurses, and our Doctor (Dr. Buchanan) were such rays of sunshine and so sweet to our boy! We were in and out in less than an hour, but never felt rushed. The doctor took great care and answered all of our questions and made my son feel very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend!
