QGenda’s Outlook sync duplicated our schedules and turned a simple workday into hours of cleanup. For software that’s supposed to manage time, it wasted a ridiculous amount of it.

0 stars. "Support Representative" completely ghosted after initial conversation to setup this software. Deplorable customer service, step it up. These bad reviews are starting to add up and your business is going to suffer by your own doing, or should I word that more correctly? Your business is going to suffer from your laziness and complete disregard for customer service after the sale.

If I could give this software a zero I would. The most user unfriendly software in history. Customer support is nonexistent. I can’t update my password on the app and when I call for help I get put in an endless loop. Awful, Awful software. I dread every time I have to use it.

Once the schedule is in, its easy. However, I have been trying to work with qgenda support to automate our schedule and keep getting ignored. I am told they will have an example in a day or a week and then i get nothing. I call and ask for updates, told over the phone the analyst will be asked to contact me and then nothing. I do not know if I am just being ignored for some reason or if this is a system wide problem. It is exceptionally unprofessional!!

Qgenda software is a terrible software to manage punch in and punch out. It does not capture when you punch in or out over 50% of the time. You constantly have to switch screens to see what shifts are available, you can't trade shifts with a co-worker even though you are of the same title in the same pay week. It has been asked numerous times to fix this for our company but nothing but excuses. By not having this feature you tie up Supervisors for countless hours at a time . It is not user friendly at all. Then when we trained, the two trainers came in and said we only 5 minutes, got to catch a plane, and then informed us to use the tutorials. Piece of garbage software, so busy on each page you don't know what to select, what each feature does. Nothing beats When To Work software. Then when you select a shift for to fill a vacant spot at another location, you can't tell how many people have put in for the same vacancy to work, and then when the shift is filled it still shows as open on the Qgenda software as it is available to work. I constantly have to switch screens to see what is available and then go to another screen to request to work. This software is a total bust. Don't purchase and customer support is a joke, they keep referring you to the video's which tell you nothing. DON'T buy this
