We have experienced a serious billing issue with Office Puzzle affecting our Tricare ABA claims dating back to June 2026. The billing workflow appeared to complete normally, with no system warnings, errors, or notifications alerting us that there was an issue. We later discovered that affected claims were not processing correctly and Office Puzzle acknowledged that something needed to be corrected on their end. Unfortunately, the workaround provided by support has not resolved the issue. We have repeatedly requested escalation and a timeline for permanent correction, including reaching out directly to executive leadership, but have not received a direct response. For a healthcare practice relying on an EMR for critical billing functions, having a revenue-impacting issue continue since June without system notification, followed by an unsuccessful workaround and limited communication, has been extremely disappointing. We hope Office Puzzle will provide the urgency, communication, and resolution this situation requires.
