Do not use this system. The features they promote crash frequently. Every time it happens, they will promise they have resolved the issue - but they have not. Their customer service is lack-luster at best. They make no efforts to be proactive with system issues, they make no effort to truly rectify the mistakes and short comings of their program, and they express no empathy for how their system failures impact the business of their clients. When the customer service reached new lows, I attempted to contact the corporate office on multiple occasions and received no response. Not even an auto-generated email...maybe that part of their system was down too.
