How Schedulicity works.
Schedulicity is a cloud-based appointment and scheduling platform designed for service businesses across more than 50 industries including wellness, health, fitness, salons, spas, and therapy practices. The company was founded in 2009 by Jerry Nettuno and operates as a general-purpose scheduling solution rather than a clinical-vertical tool.
The platform enables clients to offer online booking, manage staff and classes, send text marketing and reminders, process digital gift cards, and conduct virtual appointments. It integrates with popular payment processors (Square, Stripe), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), accounting software (QuickBooks), and calendar tools (Google Calendar). All systems are designed to meet HIPAA compliance standards for health-related workflows.
Schedulicity serves a distributed user base across the United States and Canada, with appointments booked through the platform in more than 7,700 cities. The company has facilitated over 117 million total appointments since its launch. While some therapy practices and ABA clinics use Schedulicity, the platform is marketed and positioned as a horizontal scheduling tool for multiple industries rather than as an ABA-specific clinical or practice management system.
In January 2024, Schedulicity was acquired by Vagaro, a broader platform for service-based businesses. The company remains headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, and continues to operate under the Schedulicity brand with a lean team of 19–30 employees as of 2026.

I love Schedulicity and it's entire team. They are a young company, but with that being said, they take all of the measures needed to listen to their clients, test their progress programs with them and are always available for assistance. If you are stuck, call them before you review them because they will be there to assist as often as they possibly can. We use this in our bustling little beauty bar and it works great.

This seemed to be an awesome app and site to use for my hair salon, but I am having trouble with the link to my account... when the link is clicked on my facebook page it takes me to a blank page! HELP!?!

I just started with Schedulicity,I think for my Business so far is very helpful .I do believe there can be some tweaking, but I believe there a young companyand they are on the right track...In one Month I Will give an update...Give them a try ...Hair Illusions by Sandra Bonanni
