I have been so pleased with our program's transition over to Aaniie. Their customer service has been above my expectations. They are responsive, proactive, and very easy to work with. They are patient with my teams and communicate well. This applies to every single person I have been in contact with. They are great! The software is easy to use and we very much appreciate the integration with PCC. That's a game changer for us! I recommend Aaniie without hesitation.

The team at Aaniie has been so supportive in their work for us. We are a small nonprofit caregiving agency and the software has increased team communication, allowed us to accomplish more client connection and cut down on wasted time. Not only that, but I can count only 1 truly down day in our 3 years of using them and they were great at communicating to help get us back up. These are the people to work with.

I called into Aaniie with an EVV issue, Alexis S. answered my call. We were unsure of why I was having a certain issue and needed more assistance, she got the anwer to what the problem was and took it upon herself to go thru the tedious task of fixing the problen instead of telling me how to do it. When we spoke the next day she explained what the problem was and how to fix it if I see it in the future. She let me know that she spent the time to fix the issue. I appreciate her for going above and beyond to assist instead of just telling me how to do it. I appreciate her efforts, great communication, going above and beyond and a genuine concern to help!

Update 5/30/2023: It is refreshing to see a company own it’s mistakes, and strive to do better and learn from them. I believe they are working towards improving their services. They are promptly resolving issues I have, and customer service has improved. Updating star rating to 5 as they have earned it. Old review: Customer service has been abysmal. If you have an issue with their software that causes your business an issue, do not expect a response or fix for literally months. If I could put zero stars I would.

I’ve been working with SmartCare Software for my company, Team Love Homecare for about a year now. When I went searching for a program that would fit our unique work environment that would need to allow us to make changes remotely and communicate with our caregivers clearly. I had a full 3 pages of notes and went threw our needs point by point and even worked with SMARTCare’s representatives (Bill, who has always been fantastic) regarding ways they can improve their program. As I’ve used the program on a daily basis, there have been some basic glitches that I’ve noticed and things I’ve thought could be improved, and SmartCare was always willing to listen to our concerns and fix things very quickly. I can’t imagine working with any other program out there that would have that immediate customer service. Thank you for creating the perfect platform for our business to grow and be successful. We’re so glad to see you’ve accepted my suggestions and it makes me so happy to know how much it will improve the quality of care that our clients all deserve. 💕
