My kid got referred to their establishment months ago, I have yet to get an appointment and when I call they cut off the call and never reply to me emails. Very frustrating and disappointing patient service.

This organization does not help people, it harms people - specifically children and families. One of their employees continues to bully, harass, and demean people across multiple social media platforms. Until Kennedy Krieger reigns in their hateful employee, you should not look to them for help.

Amazing staff, nurses, security very professional friendly and took care of my Son's Traumatic Brain injury he was completely paralyzed except right hand. They had intense physical therapy from speech, PT, OT, even aqua therapy and life skills. After he was discharged he now walks, talk, eat, continued therapy. KENNEDY KRIEGER INSTITUTE IS ONE OF THE TOP 5 REHABILITATION PLACES IN THE WORLD! Saved my son! Thank you so very much!😇

Got ping-ponged around for over a year while they tried to figure out what services would "be best." When I called and said on several occasions what I was looking for, instead of listening, it was a game of passing the buck until they stopped communicating altogether. I called several times and never received a call back. Staff on the phone are rude and unprofessional, ignorant in the speciality they promote on being the best at, and the entire place needs a overhaul. It is unfortunate this is one of the very few places that offer the type of services they do, because they are horrible at it and absolutely in it for the money not the quality or care you recieve. I do not reccomend Kennedy for any of their services.

I scheduled my daughter’s audiology appointment months ago and said clearly that i have concerns for my daughter and needs for her to get checked up. She booked the appointment and told me on the phone it is done booked. I added that appointment to my personal calendar to remind me for my appointment. When i showed up on that day after waiting patiently for 2 months, they told me i dont have appointment for my daughter on that day! The lady who booked appointment for audiology needs to have clear communication and done everything right! I had to take a day off and come to appointment. Very very disappointed!!!!
