    Took me a while to post this but this is something which occurred in 2024 To start with this institute does not believe in treatment care or patient care my son was in emergency and I left a voicemail which never got responded back also if you ask questions to doctor they will ask me if I understand English like seriously if I am over asking you about medical care you would judge me for my language understanding who authorized you to make such a comment Their Techs also don’t know how to do EEG think twice before beginning your treatment with Kennedy Krieger

    If I could give this place zero stars I would, rude lazy intake staff. Refuse to accept new information, like telling someone the world is round but you can't convince them its not flat. Best avoided.

    Dr Meghna Rajaprakash needs to kiss her job goodbye we went in for my 11 month olds hearing test or so we thought. They had a schedule mix up and someone who is not normally was her doctor which that person is dr.Rajaprakash she had bad bedside manner with me and my baby’s dad/my boyfriend. I let that go because as long as she was nice to my daughter I don’t care I can brush it off but she wasn’t listening to a word we said and in turn completely rewording what we said and half the time it was something we didn’t say for example we told her she working on walking which makes sense for 11 months old she then goes “ you said she’s walking and running?” No she is 11 months old. Fast forward to her getting her to do certain things with a bell and my daughter kept trying to put it in her mouth bc she is a baby that’s what they do. Dr Meghan Rajaprakash thought it was okay to snatch the bell out her hand and have her redo it telling a 11 month old not to put it in her mouth and to shake it like she can understand her. My daughter tried to put it in her mouth again and Dr.Rajaprakash HIT HER HAND AND ARM MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE she took it apon herself to try to discipline my 11 MONTH OLD daughter. You don’t hit nobody’s CHILD I then stopped the appointment and left and my daughter didn’t get to finish her appointment. I will not let this go you hit my child you WILL face the consequences she just better be glad I didn’t deliver the consequences.

    Came here for a meeting. The parking garage is just across the street from the building. Security was friendly during my multiple visits. You will have to wear a mask to enter the building. The team I met with were friendly and hospitable.

    Amazing staff, nurses, security very professional friendly and took care of my Son's Traumatic Brain injury he was completely paralyzed except right hand. They had intense physical therapy from speech, PT, OT, even aqua therapy and life skills. After he was discharged he now walks, talk, eat, continued therapy. KENNEDY KRIEGER INSTITUTE IS ONE OF THE TOP 5 REHABILITATION PLACES IN THE WORLD! Saved my son! Thank you so very much!😇
