Our daughter had a tonsillectomy/adnoidectomy here 2/6/26 and we were very impressed at the level of care they displayed. We were a little nervous because it’s a mixed surgery center where adults and children are going in, not just a children’s surgery center. So we wondered if the little ones would be met with enough care and kindness or not. Everyone was very kind and made my daughter feel comfortable, when she arrived to her room to wait there was a stuffed animal waiting for her on the bed, so the instantly comforted her and made her happy. When she was wheeled back for surgery there were a bunch of nurses there to high five her on her way and encourage her. Overall we were glad she was treated with such kindness and that she was made comfortable! Thank you to all the nurses and our doctor (Dr.Gilbert) who made a scary process easier for our baby!

We came in and everything was handled quickly at first. Registration, check-in, and treatment were all done within about 15 minutes, which we really appreciated. The doctor was very nice, kind, and professional. The staff also seemed efficient and respectful. However, the discharge process took almost 2 hours after everything was already completed. That wait was frustrating, especially when the actual care part was so fast. I hope they can improve the discharge timing to match the rest of their service.

My husband recently had surgery there, they were all fantastic. Dr. Beck was informative and kind. Our nurse Amanda was amazing too. The real super hero was our post op nurse, Sindie Lopez. She was so patient, caring, kind, productive, funny...All the things you need when you're hurting and worried! Please give her a raise!! Thank you for being a great hospital!

Tannen At the physical therapy reception desk is awesome. He remembered my name from the first time I came in and he couldn't be nicer or more efficient and helpful. And Stephanie, my speech therapist is so thorough and kind and she does an excellent job. She really knows what she's doing and makes me feel comfortable. I never expected someone to be so good at her job. I am very impressed. Thank you.

I have sent several of my patients here for imaging and lab work, and I will keep doing so. They offered an all over fantastic experience from entering in the door and being taken straight to where they need to go to get checked in. They received prompt, courteous treatment from registration, who also led them directly to the lab, which was very beneficial because hospitals can be complex. The lab was speedy and my patients report not having to be probed several times which I appreciate. All my patient describe a speedy and positive experience with the facility and the professionals. Additionally, I want to personally thank Val for making scheduling our patients for imaging ten times easier for me. She promptly took my call, got my patient in, and even gave me additional information to complete in advance, like blood work, to expedite and simplify the appointment.
