I have received a few procedures over the last couple of months and every time I’ve been at this Holy Cross facility in West Jordan. The level of care I have received has been exceptional on every level. From the check in process with the Admin people to the nurses and Doctors, they were all incredibly kind and wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about this entire group in one review. I actually had to change insurance companies during this process and I made sure this facility and Doctors were on my new plan when I chose it. I wouldn’t hesitate going to this hospital for one second. The level of care is world class. I haven’t been in a hospital or needed any procedure in years until recently. I’m glad I was in their care, it was a great experience. Thank you!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1000000/10 Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at CommonSpirit Medical Center. I came into the hospital with severe pain from a burst ovarian cyst, along with a lot of fear, anxiety, and nausea. What could have easily been an awful experience turned into one of the most positive healthcare experiences I've ever had. Dr. Steven was absolutely incredible. He was calm, reassuring, and truly listened to my concerns. He took the time to explain everything that was happening, walked me through the process, and made me feel heard and cared for every step of the way. His bedside manner is exceptional. My nurse, Sam, was phenomenal. And can’t forget about MELISSA! Who brought me a warm blanket! What a delightful woman! She was attentive, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. She administered my morphine slowly and carefully, made sure my anti-nausea medication was working, checked on me frequently, and made me feel safe throughout my visit. Her kindness and professionalism made a world of difference. Jay, who performed my CT scan, was also amazing. It was my very first CT scan, and I was nervous going into it. He communicated clearly, explained exactly what to expect, and helped me feel completely at ease during the entire process. What stood out most, though, was the atmosphere created by the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. We shared conversations, had a few laughs, and I never once felt like just another patient. I felt like a human being who mattered. I never thought I would say I "enjoyed" a hospital visit, but somehow this team turned a painful and frightening situation into an experience where I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Thank you to Dr. Steven, Sam, Jay, and every member of the team who helped me during my stay. You took one of my worst days and made it infinitely better. Every single person here deserves a raise. Thank you for the exceptional care. You are all extraordinary.
I know the hospitals can be polarizing, but last night the Emergency room people saved my wife's life. You e never seen a team of people deal with a trauma that were better. I didn't remember their names as there were so many helping her. I swear, the doctor who inserted the Cord is line had a big "S" on his chest. The most beautiful doctor I've ever seen, in my life, spent her evening repairing my wife's spleen. She looked like she had stepped out of a Disney movie and her presence was enough to know things are ok. To be fair, hobbled out of the movie as she had recent knee surgery. This was all well after midnight and I'm sure she was on call. I don't even know how to say thank you as this isnt enough for the amazing Nurses, doctors and support staff. he kindness you guys showed to me was above and beyond what I've normally seen under similar circumstances. If you guys have a fall, please don't ignore it. In hindsight, I should have called the ambulance. If we had waited another 30 minutes, this could have had a completely different outcome.
Labor and delivery is amazing! This was my second birth here and once again it was a great experience. All of the nurses are so kind and amazing and make sure you have anything and everything you need. Phoebe and Cass were awesome. We had so many conversations and I loved talking to them. Can not recommend enough
I just finished radiation for breast cancer and had to give a shoutout to my amazing team at the Cancer Center. It helped to have people who genuinely cared about my wellbeing and making sure I was being taken care of properly. I highly recommend the cancer center for anyone undergoing this difficult journey!!
