If I could give them a ZERO I would. But let me explain... Went in to one of their ER's at the suggestion of an taxi cab. The medical treatment was fine. The nurse and PA were super nice so this has nothing to do with the medical treatment I got. As for the business side of their company, totally different story. They are a scam at best. I call numerous times gave them my address and got no bill. Said I could make payments still nothing. To get to a live person I waited over 1.5 hours. Simple broken finger 2 xray and I get a huge bill. Then with never receiving a bill they turn it over to collections and add $500. I know they dont care about their reviews since they have not answered even one of them on Google, but I think the 1.5 Star rating speaks for itself. Not sure how they sleep at night by ripping people off when they need help but thats what they do. Nursing staff 5 Valley health system they are a ZERO!!!

Went to emergency room, after my issue was resolved, the lawyer's office paid them, but a few days later they sent me letters asking for payment, sent them proof of pay, they still kept with their collection process, someone from the hospital called and said she was gonna take care of the mishap, she basically lied, never called the lawyer's office, instead I received a letter from a collection agency, even after I send them receipts and check copies. I really should sue them for harassment and fraudulent debt collection.

I am from out of town. We went to the hospital because my husbands cough was not getting better. Wheezing coughing the whole nine yards. The emergency department personnel were great. Very attentive. Returned back to my country and received a call from Paula Craft. She is very kurt. Rude!!!! advised me to pay $3500 don't listen to the advise of my Travel Insurer who told me to not pay anything out of pocket. They will take care of it. Asked her the total price of the visit $35,000. She advised me that she had been calling me sense my visit. I explained to her that I was on business not pleasure and just returned back from Las Vegas. She could care less. She just wanted me to pay the $3500. Paula you should never treat anyone like you did. You are in Health Care. You lack professionalism, customer care and lets not talk about your tone and over talking me. I was going to leave a 5 star because I know the nurses that took care of my husband was caring and amazing angels. You my friend have some work to do. People are humans and if given the opportunity I would have provided you all the information you needed. But your approach was abrasive and disgusting. Hope your family member will never have to endure such treatment by a health care provider. Get some sensitivity training. It will go a long way.

My family member was repeatedly not treated with dignity or respect. The irony was that she spent years donating her time, effort, and energy to this corporation. At home, she made covers for the babies that were born premature. The hospital corporation doesn't care that these babies end up having lifelong vision problems due to the lack of covers. They won't buy them because they aren't mandated to, so she made them for years for the babies. Their new for-profit rule of not allowing sitters or family to stay with critical patients between the hours of 8 pm and 8 am is unexplainable. Instead, they placed audio and video monitoring in her room and used this for their own personal entertainment. I believe this policy has significantly contributed to the loss of life of my family member. I could not be any more unhappy with this establishment and the way they treated my beloved family members last days. I will never seek care from any Valley Health system hospital, and I highly recommend that you avoid this place like your life depends on it!

Terrible preparation on cost of procedures. Letting a person know they owe a large amount of money 24 hours before the procedure is SUPER unprofessional. There has been plenty of time to prepare someone one for these types of charges. You can improve the imagine of the Health Care system if you are least try to empathize with patients and customers. Terrible, just out right wrong!
