Our family’s experience with Wraparound services has been incredibly positives thanks to the exceptional support from the Seneca team. Their dedication, expertise, and compassion have made a profound difference in our journey. PJ, our care coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure our family had the tools we needed, particularly by creating a highly detailed and effective safety plan for all three of our children. This plan has been invaluable in providing structure and support for our kids, who face many challenges. Additionally, Seneca’s hotline was incredibly useful and helpful, giving us immediate guidance and reassurance whenever we needed it. We are deeply grateful for the wraparound team’s commitment to helping families like ours thrive. Since starting wraparound, our kids have made meaningful progress in navigating challenges with greater support and structure in place. The collaborative approach, especially PJ’s thorough planning and coordination, has helped us implement strategies that truly work for them. The wraparound program has been life-changing for our family.
