United Cerebral Palsy of Los Angeles

United Cerebral Palsy of Los Angeles, known operationally as Momentum, is a comprehensive service provider for individuals with developmental disabilities across Southern California. The organization was founded in 1945 and has grown to become the largest nonprofit direct-care provider of services in the region for persons with cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.

UCPLA operates over 40 program sites throughout five counties in Southern California and serves more than 1,100 children and adults on a daily basis. The organization offers a diverse range of services designed to meet varying needs across the lifespan, including residential programs, day activity centers, learning services, supported living arrangements with counseling support, group homes with nursing staff, and family support and advocacy services.
