Services are delivered through center-based therapy, in-home programming, and school-based consultation. ECF partners with major insurance providers including Medi-Cal plans (LA Care, Magellan, Healthnet, Anthem Blue Cross) to ensure access to care.
Beyond ABA services, ECF operates a K-12 school and comprehensive mental health program. This expanded service portfolio resulted from the organization's 2008 merger with Kayne Eras Center. Veronica Arteaga, LCSW, serves as the organization's President and CEO. ECF's mission is to provide high-quality services for children and adults with special needs, empowering them to reach their greatest potential through evidence-based practices and community integration.

My son had a great experience here! We loved that it was smaller with small classrooms and more individualized than other options. He loved going to “school”. He learned a lot from Teacher Angie, Raquel and all the other teachers and staff and OT Maria and speech therapist Natalie! It was a really wonderful experience with no complaints- he thrived here and is about to start preschool with a full IEP. Would definitely recommend.

Is been a great experience for me and my little girl
My two daughters love coming to this school great teachers thank you 😊
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this program. It is absolutely fantastic, with great opportunities for children to develop skills in every area. Every staff member (starting with Marla at the front desk) is kind and friendly. They have a social worker named Karen who helps out parents with questions, concerns, advise, and much more. Karen also holds weekly parent meetings, with a variety of different topics that are very helpful and informative. She is very knowledgeable, truly caring about the children, and a huge blessing for the parents. Teacher Angie is hard working, dedicated, and very cooperative with parents. Always willing to answer questions and concerns despite her busy schedule and many responsibilities. She also always has a warm smile on her face. Maria De Dios is one of the occupational therapist and a great human being. Also very dedicated, warm and cooperative. Maria would always make time to speak about my son’s progress and to give pointers and advise. She is genuinely interested in the children’s progress. All of these ladies don’t just “do their job”, they go above and beyond for the children and their families. They are emphatic, warm, helpful, understanding and caring. Unfortunately, my son has been diagnosed with autism. However, I do see a lot of continuing progress and it’s all thanks to this program. Needless to say, I highly recommend it !!
