My Experience in staffing/ onboarding with RoHealth is unique. I, unfortunately, was severely injured during my onboarding process. They were very understanding of my situation and the communication during was outstanding. Specifically, my Staffing Consultant. She made the onboarding process as seamless as possible. RoHealth seems to care just as much about their staff as they do about helping provide resources to our students with difficulties and behaviors. Their per diem and full time wages are extremely competitive. No other agency in the high desert CA will offer you more for specialty roles. I looked for months. As a Behavioral Aide 1:1/2:1… I was placed along side a very experienced and phenomenal lead Aide. Even us support staff get support. Everyday is for sure different but I enjoy working again. . . So if you want to go after a career in behavioral education. I would definitely start here. It’s as easy and Doing The Right Thing and Over Communication. Anywhere that helps you advance in your field is always worth looking into. RoHealth also helps provide continuous education and certification opportunities for you to advance and enjoy your career. If you are a new grad and looking for a good opportunity I recommend RO health! They have amazing training and amazing orientation. Even if it’s your 5th day or a month and you are struggling in a certain area they will always help along with their clinical nurse supervisor!! The whole team is amazing and they will 100% have your back. Definitely recommend if you want a part time or full time job or just some experience this will be the best place to go.
