If you’d like to ruin your life for a while, take your children to this facility. They are the rudest and unprofessional people ever. 3 years ago, my wife and I took our son to this facility for his speech delay. They told us to take our son for autism exam just because his favorite color was blue and also when he ate his food, he didn’t clean his mouth right away. How ridiculous that was. And when we said based on research, these behaviors were totally normal among kids, they answered parents don’t want to accept their children have issues. Especially the African American lady was really rude to all of us. When we mentioned our experience with this facility with my son’s pediatrician, he apologized us and he rejected their silly diagnosis. After three years, he is the smartest, the most sociable, friendly and happiest kid in his school. I wish I could give minus 10 stars.

I don’t trust regional center anymore, I was misplaced by a caregiving company service funded by the regional center which I never even needed in the 1st place from 2001-2015 and another awful caregiving company called SAILS crisis caregiving company from 2015-2024 another awful we’ve kicked out hundred of caretakers being lazy sitting around the couch using out television going on their devices and not doing their job not a good experience for me to start with for developmental disabilities. My mom did not understand the regional center services so I had to remove my mom from my services that I’m receiving. And the 3 level 4 group homes funded by the regional center were not good that I went to and the my life services Monica’s day program was not good either they were taking advantage of me they lied to me telling that they can help me get a job for me but they didn’t they were trying to keep my in these companies forever and I don’t trust them. I was extremely irritated with the regional center service coordinators every single day 24/7 non stop.

They are very rude and judge harsh they did not help me they left me in a really bad situation. Please please do not use these services if you’re a somewhat or high functioning stable person in a bad situation these people are terrible. Specifically Lisa Kearley has put me in terrible hands with her bad organization and what she thinks is right . I don’t recommend using this for emergency support or services.be careful what you share with them in cases of basic support that they should be providing and timing wise. I’m in an even worse situation now with my plan and no family support . I feel attacked and totally blindsided by these people within this organization that should providing appropriate help and any resources

The staff was super nice and welcoming. They provided myself and my colleagues the best tour and presentation about their place of work. They offer a variety of resources for people in the orange County community. They also let us know that early detection of intellectual disabilities and autism can help with managing and potentially reducing the risk of lifetime support.
