We’ve been on Paycom for just over a year now, and the sales rep we worked with, Geno Capezio, has been beyond fantastic throughout the entire process, well beyond just the sales cycle. From day one through the end of year one, anything that has come up, Geno has jumped on immediately and helped us work through it. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to stay involved after implementation have truly stood out. Geno has done a fantastic job representing Paycom and the level of support he’s provided has made a meaningful difference for our team. He deserves a raise.

The Paycom app has been useful to me not only for reviewing my paycheck each month, but also for accessing documents and paystubs months and even years later without having to add to others' plates our small team at work. As I have learned more about managing my personal finances and setting savings goals, this app has made things uncomplicated and accessible for me.

The system itself is incredibly efficient and has helped us significantly reduce payroll errors while also cutting down on extra overhead and employee hours. We’re a small but growing team using Paycom to manage payroll, taxes, scheduling, onboarding, and document tracking — and overall, we’re pleased with the system. It’s a powerful platform that brings many HR tasks into one place, which has been a major value add for us. That said, the learning curve is real. The platform isn’t always intuitive, and there’s room to improve when it comes to ease of use. Additionally, while the product has delivered what we expected, the service has not. Communication from our specialist has been poor and unresponsive, which is frustrating given the level of investment. We’re in the process of expanding with a second client code and are hopeful that future support will be more consistent. We’re rooting for Paycom to match its solid technology with equally strong customer service.
