Dear JazzHR Support Team, I am writing to formally report a serious issue involving the unauthorized and fraudulent use of my company’s information on your platform. We are BeIDT Health, a behavioral health recruitment organization based in Cleveland, Ohio. It has come to my attention that an individual or entity is using our company name and information to post job listings through JazzHR without our knowledge, authorization, or consent. This situation is extremely concerning, as it may mislead job seekers, damage our organization’s reputation, and potentially expose individuals to fraudulent activity. We respectfully request the following immediate actions: 1. Investigate the account responsible for these postings 2. Remove all unauthorized job listings associated with BeIDT Health 3. Disable or terminate any account found to be fraudulently representing our organization 4. Provide confirmation once this issue has been resolved For your reference, I have included the following supporting information: * Links and/or screenshots of the fraudulent job postings (attached) * Any additional details that may assist in your investigation Please treat this matter with urgency. We take the integrity of our organization and the safety of job seekers very seriously. Each time we call your office no EVER answer or returns calls.... From my personal experience, I'd highly recommend no company to ever use JazzHR services...

Completely avoid this company. Its a scam company. We canceled 6 months ago. We had a 1 year contract that expired months ago. They continue to charge us. You cannot reach anyone at the company. The only way to talk to someone is to book a new demo for sales. They are saying our account renewed and we are locked in for another year. When in fact we canceled mid summer of last year. We got no renewal notice which is a FTC violation. We are disputing charges and contacting the authorities for these violation.

Extremely poor service, dodgy sales reps, and fraudulent charges. In past years, this company has offered a discounted rate to our franchise. This was going to be my first year signing up with them. Over the web call, Zak had mentioned that the franchise agreements had "shifted around". I signed up for their Hero plan, and got back in touch with Zak about the franchise pricing. To which he responded he would "get back to me in two weeks". I asked that he pause the account and do not proceed until he had confirmation on pricing. He responded the next business day saying that they were no longer offering the discounted rate. I asked him to cancel the account same day, and he confirmed that he had submitted the cancellation. Two weeks later, I received an email about a JazzHR account being opened for me, and saw a pending charge for $161 on my card. I immediately emailed Zak, to no response. I called in two days later and talked to another sales rep who said he would get things sorted for me. 5 days later and no update or credit back to my card. I called in again and spoke to Steven who said that I had signed up, hadn't cancelled, and wouldn't be refunded for the charge. Do not trust these guys with your payment information. They WILL abuse it. I am currently in the middle of disputing the charge and filing a fraud report. EDIT: Successfully disputed the credit card charge. JazzHR denied the conversation about having cancelled the account, so I sent the emails to my credit card provider and they reversed the charge. 2nd EDIT: Today I woke up to an email from JazzHR for a failed credit card charge, asking me to "update my credit card infromation". Despite everything that has happened, they are STILL trying to bill my card.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The salesperson completely oversold and overpromised features that turned out to be generic and nothing like what was described. We cannot even downgrade our account because every request turns into a service ticket that nobody ever follows up on. It feels like an automated robot system is replying to every message.

Worst experience EVER with a recruiting company!!! If you are ever late in paying, they will take their time in turning back on your account and we were affected by the government shutdown, now how terrible is that that I paid the bill and your just going to tell me on the telephone call that my account does not come with phone support and that even though I have paid that you have to submit a ticket to turn it back on ? No way is that fair to me. I will not be renewing if things do not get better and there are many different companies out there. Our group is a large company and I do not recommend this platform!
