They are scammers. Started the process of listing a job but decided not to complete and post the job due to some sketchy interactions. They then went ahead and billed our credit card.

Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I recently worked with this company and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. During my very first call with David, he interrupted our conversation to take a personal call from his doctor and asked to call me back. After he sent me the contract, I had important questions, but every time I texted him he would reply only with “What’s up?”—which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I went ahead and signed the contract but quickly realized how poor their service was and requested to cancel. Instead of handling the cancellation respectfully, David threatened not to do business with me in the future. Weeks later, when I reached out again in need of staffing, he replied with conditions that were unreasonable and unwelcoming. This is what he emailed me back : "Good afternoon Mikerline Since you canceled your last contract with us three hours after signing it, the only way we could engage in another business relationship is if you pay for the first year up front. Please let me know if you're good with that and we'll go from there. Thanks David" Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and intimidating approach made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful. Very unprofessional and appalling. If I could give no star, I would. Stay away from these people.

OMG to get a human is IMPOSSIBLE, and if that's not possible, you should have a CHAT OPTION 24/7, or at least for longer than regular business hours. there is NO OPTION to update billing which is very frustrating.

Apploi has been a tremendously important recruiting and management tool for my team. The platform is easy to use, built for healthcare, and helps fill roles and shifts quickly. Their support is great - I work with them regularly because of their willingness to go the extra mile to help, and their expertise in the healthcare space. They make me feel like I am part of the Apploi family.

The software has good features but support is poor. Extremely difficult to get speak to a human. Also, they have on-line Chat as a way to get support but it is rarely active. For example, it is 3:06pom EST today and nobody is on Chat. Also, I have a support ticket in that is now over 7 days old with no follow up. Just waited on hold for 5 minutes for a billing question and then sent to a general voicmail...
