Yolanda Galindo is amazing and wonderful at her job. Having any issues with credentials, she will push to resolve the issue! Had my profile active and ready to go in one day.

I had a wonderful experience working with Yolanda Galindo at ShiftMed! From the beginning, Yolanda was professional, friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always available to answer any questions I had. What stood out most was how personable and supportive she was. I never felt like just another applicant—Yolanda genuinely made me feel welcomed and valued. I was having a very difficult time accessing the authenticator app also the modules for over a month. I spoke with several different people at shift med and the hospital to no avail. I spoke with Celecea Dorsey one time and gained access to the modules and the authenticator app, then i learned that i would be paid for those modules. I was floored to say the least. Celecea Dorsey is amazing and very patient. May the Lord bless you and keep you: The Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you: The Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6: 24-26.

Celecea, a Senior Account Coordinator, was nothing short but great. She genuinely is there for all the right reasons, unlike some of the others. She was the only one that took the time to look deeper into the onboarding and credentials issues I was having, and then take initiative on her end to get the issues taken care of. She deserves all the recognition. Thanks again Celecea, you're absolutely wonderful!

Serena with ShiftMed has made my onboarding experience so smooth. She is very knowledgeable, answering all my questions quickly without hesitation. Any time I call or text her she responds promptly. Having her guidance makes me feel very confident going with ShiftMed. I always feel at ease after all of our conversations and I really appreciate her and how much she’s helped me through this process.
