Megan provided an exceptional onboarding experience. Her deep knowledge of Practice Q, combined with her responsiveness and patience, made the process smooth and stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond, answering all of my questions thoroughly and taking the time to ensure I truly understood the platform. She did an excellent job refining my forms and intakes in a way that made things more efficient and user-friendly. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. While the system itself can feel clunky and not very intuitive, Megan deserves 5 stars for her ability to turn a frustrating system into something manageable. The 4 stars reflect the software, not Megan.

Using PracticeQ was initially a huge change and learning curve from Square. Two months in and I feel confident and things are running smoothly and better than ever. They have great online support, email support and telephone support. I just got off the phone with Sandra and she was so patient and positive and addressed the questions I currently have and made suggestions. She really knew her stuff!

Really enjoying IntakeQ / PracticeQ. Their support and technical staff are second to none. Quick response time, patient and always so helpful. Great experience all round.

I am still in my early stages of easing in to PracticeQ. I was able to chat with people a few times in the early days, but it is now when I am scheduling and starting with a few new patients that I need the support. I just had a great support call where I was able to ask all my questions from booking to updating forms and I feel well supported.

Transitioning to IntakeQ has been a breath of fresh air. After struggling with poor support elsewhere, the customer service here has been exceptional. They are kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to their users' growth. I love how they view feedback as an opportunity to evolve. A huge shoutout to Ronn, who provided top-tier support and made the learning process so much easier. Five stars!
