A costly and disappointing experience. We used IntakeQ for 2 years our growing functional medicine and wellness practice and unfortunately experienced repeated operational issues that significantly impacted our business. Our biggest frustrations were: • recurring software glitches, • unreliable workflows, • scheduling/payment issues, • and a lack of responsive or educated customer support when problems affected patient experience and revenue. As a small healthcare business every failed automation, scheduling issue, or payment problem (and there were a LOT) directly impacted patient trust and company finances. We found ourselves spending excessive payroll hours troubleshooting issues and contacting support rather than serving patients. What was most disappointing was not necessarily that glitches occurred, all software has occasional issues, but that there was very little customer service care or support, ownership, or urgency when those issues affected our operations. Those booking and payment glitches STILL exist after Months of calls and emails to customer service. Save yourself the headache and patient frustrations, and try a different software.

Megan provided an exceptional onboarding experience. Her deep knowledge of Practice Q, combined with her responsiveness and patience, made the process smooth and stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond, answering all of my questions thoroughly and taking the time to ensure I truly understood the platform. She did an excellent job refining my forms and intakes in a way that made things more efficient and user-friendly. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. While the system itself can feel clunky and not very intuitive, Megan deserves 5 stars for her ability to turn a frustrating system into something manageable. The 4 stars reflect the software, not Megan.

Using PracticeQ was initially a huge change and learning curve from Square. Two months in and I feel confident and things are running smoothly and better than ever. They have great online support, email support and telephone support. I just got off the phone with Sandra and she was so patient and positive and addressed the questions I currently have and made suggestions. She really knew her stuff!
