Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy

Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA) is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services specializing in autism spectrum disorder treatment. Founded in 2014, the organization operates three learning centers in Kokomo, Indiana, including an Early Learning Center, Intermediate Learning Center, and a partnership with Options Charter School to deliver integrated ABA services.

The organization is led by owner Lisa Steward, MA, BCBA, and employs approximately 35 staff members, including multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians. Services include comprehensive autism assessments conducted by Dr. Melody Marley, PhD, HSPP, as well as intensive and focused ABA programs designed to meet individual client needs. The academy operates three dedicated locations to serve the Kokomo community effectively.

IBAA is accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE), reflecting its commitment to maintaining evidence-based, quality standards in autism treatment. The organization offers group learning activities, individual therapy, and school-based collaboration to support children and adults with autism across multiple settings.
