I was just scammed for $461 by this company. My ER doesn't recognize the amount this company says I owe. I am opening a dispute claim with my HSA. Will post an update later 4/17: just got my money back 👏

We are a long time client...what does one need to do in order to get hold of someone regarding our account? Email to support gets no response.

This company looks as though it's being used in connection with probable scam emails trying to collect money from me for a medical clinic that I've never been to and does not exist. I’ve been getting emails stating I owe several hundred dollars for a visit I never had to an “ER Hulen” in Ft Worth, TX. There is no such place as “ER Hulen” & the only option on the email is a “PAY BILL” button! At the bottom, the email claims to be using “inbox health." The address & zip code given for inbox health is slightly different than what I found on Google. Several calls to “inbox health” have not been answered & I’m always, automatically hung up on after a recording says "we'll return your call." I would suggest exercising extreme skepticism with any communication you get associated with inbox health as it looks like they're being used to collect payments that are not owed, from places that don't even exist. Inbox health needs to investigate and explain just what is going on. EDIT - Previously I doubted whether inbox health was a legitimate business and stated there is no contact info on their website. I have since found they are legitimate and contact info (phone number) does appear on their site, though all calls to that number result in being hung up on by a recording that says "we'll return your call." However, on their mobile website, the only contact info I see is a chat button & I don't do chats. My apologies to inbox health for posting wrong info & I have edited that incorrect info out of my review above.

Similar to other users' experiences, I have been receiving sketchy bills from this organization claiming that I owe them money for a rapid Covid test. I have confirmed with my insurance that I do not owe them anything; I have provided proof that the claim has been paid in full and they ignore it. Their billing/patient support is next to useless as you can't get anyone on the phone during their "active hours", and their email support is about as helpful as a brick wall as they just ignore any proof that the claim has been paid and say that I owe them. Under no circumstances do I recommend working with this organization. I advise anyone who receives a bill from these people to check with their insurance as I believe they are relying on customers not confirming that insurance has paid the bill to further extort money from their patients. EDIT: After posting this review, I was contacted by the account/billing manager (?) for Inbox Health, who informed me that they were looking into this matter to get it resolved. Another 2 weeks later, the incorrect billing claim has been dropped. It sounds like it was a failure in their customer service process in escalating to the correct billing specialist. As of right now, while I appreciate that they were willing to actually put in the work to resolve the matter, it seems as though there are some organizational problems that could use some work, especially around billing and insurance, as the way their setup works right now could result in some people paying when they don't need to. I reiterate that you should be cautious and check with your insurance prior to paying them.

We have been using the Inbox service to manage our client's patient payments and statements for three months and are pleased with the service. The billing service dashboard is easy to use and patients are able to text/live chat with us about billing issues. Their fees are reasonable and patient feedback has been positive thus far. I highly recommend the service if it integrates with your current software.
