The worst EMR portal I have had to use as a patient. Interminable load times, constant login issues and wonky interface. I have to assume it’s near free for providers to use b/c there is no other reason they would want to use it.

It wont let me save it as 0 stars.. literally cannot be logged in on the portal. Fire whoever your application and networking team is this is a joke. How can I be in a loop over and over and over just to look at results, and then gets hung up on every tab.

This system is horrible. Like actually horrendous. I have never been so frustrated trying to log in to a platform to simply message my doctor or view results. Horrible platform. Always requires you to log in like 10 times. Always "technical difficulties" - Something needs to change.

What is going on there? Intercostal Neurology portal can't retrieve information? Over two months now. Site says, "vendor" is working on it. Who the hell would work with such a company when all they are supposed to do is align and give access to medical records. Terrible.

As an IT professional since the 1960's, I can seriously say the Greenway patient portal used by Magnolia Medical in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is the absolute worst piece of software I have ever encountered. It is virtually impossible to log into and on the extremely rare occasion that the login works, it take forever to download any useful information. As of February 27, 2026, my doctor's office advised that the portal is completely inoperative. My professional recommendation to them was to dump Greenway and go to a reliable system like Athena Health.
