We were excited to get started with EngineHire and initially began with the self-guided onboarding process. It didn’t take long for us to realize just how valuable the dedicated guidance of an onboarding specialist through the premium onboarding experience would be. Francesca has been amazing throughout the process. She has taken the time to understand how our existing systems and workflows were functioning, helped us identify what was no longer working for us, and walked us through different options for rebuilding and improving those processes within EngineHire. While many features were highlighted during our sales call, Francesca has been the person who has truly brought those features to life for us. She has been especially helpful when we’ve needed customized solutions or creative “workarounds” to accommodate the unique way our agency operates. So happy we made the jump to moving to Engine Hire! The system has allowed us to streamline so many parts of our workflow into one platform and eliminate several other services and subscriptions we were previously using. Having everything centralized has made our processes much more efficient, organized, and easier to manage overall. Working with Francesca throughout onboarding was also an amazing experience.
