This is the worst company ever to get credential with. They charge a lot of money and take forever and keep rejecting the documents because they don’t know how to read them. Customer service is terrible, they are rude, they let you know they don’t care, and that you have to wait more than 72hs for them to start working. I don’t understand how HCA still uses this company. There are way cheaper companies that do a faster and more efficient job.

I literally hate working for HealthTrust. Even though I’ve been on their roster for years, I’ve only taken a handful of assignments and there’s a reason for that. First of all, they don’t pay for any of the medical requirements they demand from you. TB testing, titers, everything you have to pay for it all upfront and you do NOT get reimbursed. Then there’s always something that goes wrong with their system. They make you upload a ton of documents into their eStaff portal, only to reject almost everything or claim the portal “glitched” and they never received the documents you submitted. Case in point: I filled out all my direct deposit paperwork and submitted every form they required. They kept asking me to upload it again, which I did. Everything was cleared well before my start date, as far as direct deposit was concerned. But on the very first day of my assignment, they asked for my address so they could mail me payment for my mandatory education hours. I thought it strange but I gave it to them. At no point did anyone say they were missing my bank information. Then two days before I expected to get paid, I get a text asking me to verify my address AGAIN so they can mail my paycheck. I asked Why would my paycheck be mailed when it’s supposed to be direct deposited? That’s when I’m told the didn’t have that information because the didn’t upload my documents being that I’m a previous employee. That was an idiotic statement. They put in the DD information at that time. I am then told the system needs two weeks to update, meaning I now have to wait at least two more weeks to get paid. So now I’m sitting here asking myself: how am I supposed to pay for housing? I’m nowhere near my tax home to receive mail. And even if they mailed the check to my current location, I have no way to deposit a physical check into my bank account. They don’t fix their mistakes. They don’t make sure you’re taken care of. All you get is “sorry, it was an error.” I legitimately hate working for HealthTrust. Every time I try to give them another chance, I end up disappointed. For a company that relies on healthcare professionals to keep hospitals staffed, their systems, communication, and support are incredibly disappointing.

I guess in this industry it's a "Hit o Miss".A recruiter contacted me about an assignment, after I completed what was asked of me, She "ghosted" me.( never hearded from her again in spite of several text messages!!.) After reviewing your experiences, I'll take it as a Blessing!!!!

Quite possibly the worst company to work for as a recruiter. As an associate recruiter you’re in an office with a very cult like environment. They will hang out in groups and exclude you. They will not invite you to any outings , walks, lunch. They will talk about you between themselves loud enough for you to hear. They will help each other but you’re on your own. The leader of the pack, Sara, was the worst of them all. I had suffered a miscarriage so I wasn’t friendly or social and she took it upon herself to alienate me from everyone. At one point I had to get in front of everyone and she made it so no one clapped. I was the only person a group of 30+ people didn’t clap for. Thanks to her and the rest of them my mental health took such a turn I had to seek help to end the suffering they inflicted upon me. Worst place I ever had the misfortune to work at and I will never forget any of the soulless people I worked with.

This is by far the worst travel agency I’ve ever used. I’ll never use them again. They are so cheap. They didn’t cover my TB test, physical, or scrubs so I was $300 out of pocket and when I asked to be reimbursed they offered to take it out of my pay. That is beyond ridiculous. All of my other agencies cover everything no questions asked. They also took days to send over the on boarding paper work and waited until the last minute to get everything squared away before my start date. The job they had posted was the wrong location and facility than I actually interviewed for. Very unorganized. All communication was only over text. Do yourself a favor and use any other agency.
