Dana was an amazing therapist who cared deeply for my child, with her he made monumental progress in many areas of struggle. When my child went to Keith, there was not much help the man provided him, sessions were not productive, and no progress made. Gabby is a terrible 'therapist'. She refuses to listen, communicate, follow any sort of court documentation or custody agreements, or answer any of my questions, or schedule during a time for which I can attend. She doesn't care about my child and 1hr sessions are always 30mins and my son has only gotten worse. She's lazy, arrogant, unethical, uneducated, niave and unprofessional. She won't even give me any form of progress report, treatment plan updates, or even an appointment list. Her supervisor is no help either. I've resorted to involving the courts, hiring a lawyer, and involving Licensing in order to advocate for my child. These people should lose their licenses and be sued for their negligence.

Adding another review to post that I spoke with someone higher up than Jennifer or "jenny" and was told we did indeed qualify for Sara and when she comes back we would get her but guess what?? Jenny is making her same claims so now I will be going to the very top as far as I can get and making sure everyone i know is aware of this. We loved Sara and if it is her who does not want us as patients then thats fine but promises were made and people have been extremely unprofessional. I will keep complaining till I get REAL answers.

I would give negative stars if I could! My child had a mental health issue and we were referred to them and was told we would receive a phone call within 48 hours, ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS! I was told you were required by law to call within a period of time. Well guess what nobody has picked up a phone. Do happy to see how you really treat people having mental health issues! Shame on all of you!

If i could leave less stars I would! Our therapist left for maternity leave. We were told she would be back. We have been with the same therapist for a year and my son really struggled in the beginning but has finally started to open up. Since our therapist went on leave we have had two other therapist step in to fill her spot till she gets back. Neither of these therapist worked. One of them decided doing her press on nails and make up in the car was more important than meeting my adhd child for the first time. I was NEVER told my child would be restricted to a certain amount of time with his regular therapist but after a conversation with Jennifer asking her if we could just wait for our new therapist she ever so kindly informed me that "everyone has trauma and if my son can wait that long for his regular therpist to return he may no longer need home based services. She told me they have a shortage of therapist so my child needs to give up the therapist he is FINALLY making progress with. I myself am a patient and know that there is no limit for the children. O have checked this with other supervisors and will be taking the proper action until I get answers or until I get my therapist back. I also want to state that when I asked her if my child's trauma "qualified" for home base she responded by telling me "we all have trauma" a supervisor of therapist is speaking this way to a client's parent. I am beyond disgusted. Im greatful to MY therapist for helping me get through this. This right here is exactly the reason people hurt themselves. You get help and then nasty people come along and take it when you need it the most. I beg everyone to go somewhere else if you care about your kids mental health! Adding that if someone calls me it better not be jennifer!!

Worst place possible to go for your children/ very bad communication skills/ they have no accountability for their actions/ therapist will put words in the child's mouth to make them radicated in their sessions so they can prolong services/ when you complain they keep it all in the same building as they all work together to triangulate them doing wrong doing/ fortunately I have a remedy. When having parent/ child sessions the therapist will bring up legal talk/ they will even try to make the child feel guilty for not sating what the therpist what's them to say....... this therapist knows exactly who she is and she's about to be accountable for.
