I work for a Dr. Office and communicate daily with Bruce Nelson. I absolutely love my experience with CureMd and the team. They are always fast to respond and fix any issues I might have as well as explaining what the issues are so I learn and understand. I have learned a lot because of this. But my absolute favorite is Bruce! Please give him a raise. LOL

We’ve been using CureMD since 2007 and overall have had a good experience with the platform. Like any long-term system, there have been some hiccups over the years, but support has been much better lately. I especially wanted to recognize our current account manager, Bruce Nelson. He’s been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with whenever issues come up or we need assistance. His support has made a noticeable difference for our team.

CureMD has been a wonderful partner for our credentialing needs. The team is very responsive and ensures all details are in order to ensure a smooth credentialing process for our providers. The information is easily available via their online platform, so you can easily track the progress and where each provider is in their credentialing process with different payers.
